  • Overview

    This is a 1st shift production position That will provide leadership and act as the primary contact to the Teflon Packaging team Members. The LMO will schedule daily to meet production objectives, track and react to daily production objectives and provide assistance to the team while providing observations and feedback to the TL. LMO will also address quality issues as and conduct daily meetings with the team

    Summary of Position with General Responsibilities

    Must meet LMO Job Description requirements. Support the 1st shift packaging team while leading them to success in regards to all deliverables, safety, quality and productivity.

    Essential Job Functions

    Attention to detail, able to drive a team to meet and exceed daily objectives and able to make decisions and provide direction independently. Able to make quick decisions and react accordingly

    Basic Qualifications

    Basic reading skills and math, some Microsoft office experience would be helpful, good understanding of FDA regulated business and understanding of specifications.

    Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge

    High School or equivalent

    High School or equivalent

    Physical Demands

    Will sit some of the time, periodical lifting of 10-20 lbs, some repetitive motion and stretching twice per shift daily. This is a very business position.

    Work Environment

    Clean, controlled are, Some areas are louder than others, no area in the Dept. requires hearing protection. Music in background played throughout manufacturing daily 24 hrs per day. Some days the temperature and humidity can increase above normal settings but typically consistent comfortable temperature.
