  • Summary of Position with General Responsibilities

    The Production Coordinator will provide administrative support to the manufacturing team and assist Operations Manager with daily transactions. 

    Essential Job Functions

    • Complete transactions allocating materials into the ERP system for work orders.
    • Act as back up to Buyer/Planner in placing purchase orders.
    • Work with Buyer/Planner to effectively maintain material replenishment system.
    • Daily efficiency tracking
    • Work order reconciliation
    • Perform cycle counts if applicable
    • Provide daily update to Operations Manager on production status
    • Work with Buyer/Planner to organize annual physical inventories
    • Create lot history folders for the manufacturing floor and follow thru final lot release
    • Performs various accounting activities to include account payable discrepancies, invoice processing, coding, and tracking petty cash transactions.
    • Performs weekly time sheet calculations and tracks vacation and personal time off.
    • Complies with the cGMP’s, Quality Standards and established policies and/or procedures.
    • Perform other related duties as required

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma Required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
    • Ability to solve problems, resolve conflicts and share information.
    • Must have strong communication skills and be fluent in the English language
    • Ability to multi-task effectively

    Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge

    • High School diploma or GED required.
    • 0-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
