Assists with planning and coordination of all aspects of physician and customer training and education programs conducted through Bard Peripheral Vascular and Bard Biopsy Systems; includes organizing and ensuring meeting details and logistics are completed in advance of the training for both internal and external BPV customers. Additionally, responsibilities will include (but is not limited to) accurate and complete post-training duties such as training evaluation scores dissemination, invoicing and processing of course financial documentation.
High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred but not required.
3-5 years office/administrative work, experience in meeting deadlines and managing key projects and travel coordination.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
Possible weekend travel 10-12 times per year
