    Essential Job Functions

    • Act as the go-to person for sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Support the Sales Operations team with administration and use of sales enablement tools
    • Quickly identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and improvement opportunities related to sales-enablement processes and communicate solution alternatives to stakeholders
    • Manage Salesforce Production and Sandbox environments by establishing a well-controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
    • Support sales data management and reporting (gather, update , map and share data with other departments)
    • Support the sales strategy through technology enablement tools
    • Develop and manage documentation related to administration of sales enablement tools

    Basic Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience with team environments, implementation partners and vendor management
    • Knowledge of sales enablement processes and procedures
    • Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks including, and not limited to profiles, roles, security, workflows, validation rules, triggers approvals, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, and dashboards
    • Knowledge of project management methods and standards
    • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Agile concepts
    • Knowledge of business process improvement methods and standards
    • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users
    • Proficiency in Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access

    Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Management, or related field or equivalent experience required
    • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred
    • 3+ years of experience supporting & administrating sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce)
    • 2-3+ years of systems analysis experience preferred
    • Medical Device industry experience preferred

    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment.  The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.

    Work Environment

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will generally be in an open cubicle office environment, but may be required to visit a temperature controlled warehouse or hospital environment. Must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
