  • Overview

    Supervise manufacturing processes, complying with standards and procedures. Manage people, materials and equipment assuring product quality, complying the production schedule in time and quantity. Take control of the Manufacturing department when Manufacturing Superintendent was not in the building

    Summary of Position with General Responsibilities

    • Follow up any quality issue and complete all the quality system request to close documentation on time
    • Ensure that all operator are certified to performed their jobs
    • Revise the production schedule
    • Supervise manufacturing process and verify flow material
    • Coordinate process audits
    • Generate / follow up of rejection, scrap, productivity, down time, reports, etc.
    • Coordinate personnel absenteeism, sickness permission, check in/ out cards
    • Assuring quality, complying with procedures and specifications
    • Participate and coordinate quality committees, subordinates meetings and other meetings
    • Support production areas where designated supervisor is absent
    • Participate in motivational programs
    • Participate in plant training courses scheduled
    • Mandatory compliance to general and safety procedures applying to this position
    • Follow up and improve the 5S program
    • Ability to Solving Problems
    • CIP Projects

    Basic Qualifications

    • College degree completed
    • Experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position
    • English 60%
    • Knowledge in production processes
    • Knowledge in Quality Standards Regulations
    • Experience handling groups
    • Abililty to handle MS Office, MFG Pro, and TRESS systems
