  • Summary of Position with General Responsibilities

    The Sr. Transfer Pricing Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Director of Transfer pricing with managing the Company’s global transfer pricing policies, compliance, and audits.  The Sr. Transfer Pricing Analyst will be a key contributor to the Company’s Operations, M&A, and other initiatives by providing guidance and financial analysis on all transfer pricing issues.  The Sr. Transfer Pricing Analyst will advise on international planning, domestic & state planning, and on M&A issues with transfer pricing implications.  The Sr. Transfer Pricing Analyst will work closely with other members of the Tax Department, various members of Finance and Operations as well as the divisional personnel.  The Sr. Transfer Pricing Analyst will report to the Director of Global Transfer Pricing.


    • Assist with developing and implementing the Company’s transfer pricing policy & planning strategies.
    • Work closely with and interact with other members of the Tax Department in international planning, domestic & state planning groups to manage transfer pricing issues.
    • Work closely with business unit operational personnel, and coordinate closely with other key corporate personnel such as Treasury, Finance, Legal, etc. on transfer pricing implications of issues.
    • Review and analysis of current and future transfer pricing strategies to mitigate risk, optimize efficiency, and facilitate future business operations.
    • Advise on M&A transactions to structure and integrate non-US acquisitions.
    • Development of data needed to derive arm’s length intercompany prices and related analysis for implementation of intercompany pricing with the business units.
    • Ensure compliance with the US and non-US transfer pricing rules as they may impact the tax issues of the Company.
    • Prepares certain transfer pricing documentation (US and non-US) of intercompany transactions such as management services, technical service transactions, licensing arrangements, and tangible and intangible property transactions.
    • Manages projects with outside consulting firms providing transfer pricing services to foreign and domestic affiliates.
    • Assists with tax modeling & forecasting
    • Participate in various tax audits with transfer pricing implications.
    • Maintain tax files with supporting documentation

    Basic Qualifications

    • Strong excel modeling capabilities
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in transfer pricing
    • Strong writing and quantitative skills
    • Ability to deal with multiple work streams
    • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
    • Self starter

    Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge

    • Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA)
    • Mix of both public and private experience is a plus
    • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
    • Understanding of accounting for income taxes is a plus
    • Ability to perform tax research

    Education and/or Experience

    B.S. / B.A.  – Economics, or Accounting, or Finance
