Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated LINK Administrator to support the Bard Care department of Bard Medical located in Covington, GA.

Summary of Position with General Responsibilities

The LINK Administrator reports directly to the Manager, Customer Care and is responsible for supporting the Customer Care team by managing administrative duties. Interacts with Management, Customer Care team, TM's, DME's, and visitors. Maintains high levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrates knowledge of the business and analytical skills. Contributes to departmental objectives through teamwork.

Essential Job Functions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Works independently to complete assignments delegated by the Manager, Customer Care
  • Manage custom prescription forms orders and online order system
  • Manage literature site and packet creation
  • Process sample orders for sales team
  • Controls inventory for magnets, packages and literature
  • Process Welcome and Contact letters to consumers
  • Handles internal and external calls
  • Plan, organize and execute training, meetings, travel arrangements, office supplies, expenses, events, etc.
  • Coordinates timely flow of signature items such as check requests and purchase orders
  • Maintains updated organization charts for Customer Care Team
  • Manage the vacation calendar and request process for Customer Care Team
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Run reports and analyze them

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working in a team environment or independently. • Ability to manage a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of an office environment. • Computer and word processing experience, with Microsoft competency desirable (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • SalesForce.com experience with building reports (Desired) • Analytical skills • Must have capacity to use tact and judgement in dealings with customers and employees • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to confidential and time sensitive matters. • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and be self motivated with minimal supervision. • Possess a wide degree of creativity and latitude. • Flexibility to work overtime with short notice.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma required
  • Administrative Assistant Experience, 3+ years
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge

Physical Demands

Work Environment

This position works in a normal office environment.  The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate.
