Summary of Position with General Responsibilities

This temporary position is responsible for the processing, routing and archiving of Bard documentation using MasterControl electronic data management software. Documents are controlled and regulated under FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO Standards, and other global regulations. *This is not intended to be an all-inclusive listing of duties. Other job related duties may be required.

Essential Job Functions

Understand and follow compliance requirements, including the ability to interact with internal/external customers, auditors, and other professionals.

 

Accurately maintain all documents controlled by the department utilizing the necessary methods and databases.

 

Perform clerical duties , i.e. typing, filing, data entry, etc.

 

Support department responsibilities/tasks via cross training.

  

May perform special projects, generally under limited supervision.

Basic Qualifications

Strong attention to detail Ability to work 8-5 Ability to multi-task Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Problem solving and/or application of judgment in dealing with internal/external customers. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge

Ability to prioritize and organize a busy and changing workload.

Education and/or Experience

 

1-2 years of related experience required, Associates Degree preferred

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.

Good typing and general office skills.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access,

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment.  The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch. 

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
