Associate Product Manager/Product Manager

| Summary of Position with General Responsibilities: |
This position reports to the Marketing Manager – Ventral Hernia Repair and is responsible for leading and supporting marketing efforts on ventral and surgical specialties product lines with regard to product, programs, policies and processes.
|
| Essential Job Functions: |
- Support, develop and implement product line strategic plans, marketing plans, financial forecasts, and three-year plans.
- Support product line tactical planning and implementation, including marketing programs, campaigns, sales tools and competitive pieces.
- Understand, identify, quantify and communicate market trends and product opportunities to Bard management team and/or internal teams.
- Manage product inventory and monthly sales volume forecasting with Production Planning team.
- Manage monthly business analysis reports and monthly cost center expenditure reports.
- Participate in post-market surveillance activities.
- Develop customer relationships with Bard sales force, key customers, trainers and consultants.
- Communicate with domestic sales force and global marketing entities (directly or through international marketing team).
- Manage ad hoc projects as needed.
- Participate on or lead project teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to surgeons, sales force, and Sales/Division management.

| Basic Qualifications: |
Bachelor's Degree
1-5 years sales/marketing experience in healtchare field.
|
| Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge: |
- MBA Preferred
- 1 year sales exeprience preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare communication, educations, and promotions preferred.
- Prior experience with market research preferred.
