Overview:
Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Sales Training and Development, the E-Learning Specialist’s role is to design and implement product and clinical web-based programs for training the Davol sales force.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Update and maintain current LMS
  • Create and maintain interactive multimedia training modules for new sales and in-house personnel
  • Assist in development of online training curriculum for sales force continuing education
  • Collaborate with marketing Product Managers on web based content to support product launches
  • Design training materials and instructions for using online programs
  • Function as Liaison with in-house personnel and outside vendors to evaluate technical needs
  • Maintenance of online training programs to meet regulatory standards
  • Special projects as assigned


Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science
•1-3 Years experience with e-learning development, course design, and online education

Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:
  • Education background or experience in adult learning and instruction preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and energetic
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
