| Overview: |
Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Sales Training and Development, the E-Learning Specialist’s role is to design and implement product and clinical web-based programs for training the Davol sales force.
|
| Essential Job Functions: |
- Update and maintain current LMS
- Create and maintain interactive multimedia training modules for new sales and in-house personnel
- Assist in development of online training curriculum for sales force continuing education
- Collaborate with marketing Product Managers on web based content to support product launches
- Design training materials and instructions for using online programs
- Function as Liaison with in-house personnel and outside vendors to evaluate technical needs
- Maintenance of online training programs to meet regulatory standards
- Special projects as assigned

| Basic Qualifications: |
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science
•1-3 Years experience with e-learning development, course design, and online education
|
| Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge: |
- Education background or experience in adult learning and instruction preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, and energetic
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
